Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Health & Veterinary Care

All puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care before placement. Health guarantee terms are detailed in our separate Health Guarantee Policy and formal purchase agreement.

Buyers are responsible for:

• Scheduling a veterinary exam within 72 hours of receiving the puppy

• Providing proper care, nutrition, and safe housing

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery arrangements are coordinated with professional pet transport providers when applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Airline or transport restrictions

• Circumstances beyond our control

All delivery details are discussed and agreed upon prior to final arrangements.

No Warranties

While we strive to provide accurate information on this website, we do not guarantee that:

All puppies are sold subject to the terms outlined in the signed purchase agreement.
